UKKO.fi acquired by Nordic financial management software company Finago. Finago is owned by funds managed by KKR

Aventum acted as adviser to the owners of UKKO.fi (SPL Company Oy) on the sale of all shares in the company to the Nordic financial management software company Finago. Finago is majority owned by funds managed by KKR.

UKKO.fi is a Finnish growth company providing digital services that make entrepreneurship easy and accessible for everyone. Founded in 2012, the company offers small entrepreneurs a comprehensive platform covering invoicing, accounting, and other essential administrative tasks. UKKO.fi is the market leader in light entrepreneurship services in Finland and supports private traders and limited liability companies with easy to use solutions. The company employs around 120 people. UKKO.fi’s mission is to create a world where everyone wants to be an entrepreneur.

The transaction was signed on 5 March 2026. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV).
