Terveystalo Healthcare acquires Solo Health

Aventum acted as adviser to the owners of Solo Health (SH Holding Oy) on the sale of all shares in the company to Terveystalo Healthcare.

Solo Health provides physician, nursing, and psychology services for both primary healthcare and specialised medical care needs. The company primarily serves the public sector, with all of Finland’s wellbeing services counties among its clients. Solo Health’s professional network comprises more than 700 healthcare and social welfare professionals, supported by approximately 40 administrative specialists. In 2025, the company generated revenue of EUR 33.3 million.

SH Holding is owned by Sponsor Capital, private investors and the keypersonnel.

The transaction was signed on 3 September 2026. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (KKV).
