Nordic Medcom acquired by Physidia, a company owned by funds managed by UK based Columna Capital

Aventum acted as adviser to the owner of Nordic Medcom on the sale of all shares in the company to Physidia, a European leader in home hemodialysis. Physidia is majority owned by funds managed by UK based private equity investor Columna Capital.

Nordic Medcom is a pioneering company in the early home hemodialysis programs in Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Denmark. The Company provides home hemodialysis as a service (HaaS) for a fast-growing number of patients and provides other dedicated services in nephrology care. Through long-standing hospital partnerships, the company is a vital stakeholder in dialysis across the Nordic countries.
