Heino Group sold Valio Aimo's distribution centre in Kuopio, Finland

Aventum acted as the sole financial adviser to the Heino Group on the sale of a warehouse and distribution centre in Kuopio, Finland. The asset was acquired by Corum Origin SCPI, a fund managed by Corum Asset Management.

The property is purpose-built last-mile warehouse and distribution centre completed in 2016, with a total leasable area of approx. 7,700 sqm. The property is fully let on a long-term lease to Valio, Finland's leading dairy and food company, and serves as a key distribution hub for its F&B wholesaler Valio Aimo.

The transaction was signed and closed in June 2026.
