Heino Group sells a modern light industrial property to Ethos Capital

Aventum acted as exclusive financial advisor to Heino Group on the sale of W&T Avia, a modern light industrial property located close to Helsinki Airport, to a fund managed by Ethos Capital. 

W&T Avia is prominently located close to Helsinki Airport in Koivuhaka industrial area with outstanding accessibility. The modern property, completed primarily in 2013, boasts approx. 4,400 sqm of high specification light industrial and auxiliary office premises well-suited for wide range of business operations. The diverse and stable tenant base of the property consists of various sized companies providing solid income profile.

The divestment of W&T Avia was part of Heino Group’s strategy to release capital from non-strategic properties and focus on their key operations as well as continuation to their divestments of cash and carry wholesale properties in 2022 and sale of Valio Aimo’s logistics centre in early 2025.

The transaction was signed and closed in June 2025. The parties have agreed that the purchase price will not be disclosed.
