Forenom Group acquired by a consortium led by Nordic people and technology services group Bravedo

Aventum acted as adviser to the owners of Forenom Group Oy, a leading provider of serviced apartments in the Nordic region, on the sale of the company to a consortium led by Nordic people and technology services group Bravedo.

Forenom is the leading serviced apartment provider in the Nordics, and among the top players on a European level with over 9 000 serviced apartments, aparthotels and hostel rooms across all major Nordic cities and Germany which it operates through more than 30 local offices and over 500 employees. Forenom has an extensive and diversified customer base of ~8 000 corporate customers and generated sales of ~160 million euros in 2024.

The transaction was signed and closed on 31 December 2025.
