Adelis Equity Partners AB, a Sweden-based private equity firm along with the management of Quattro Mikenti Group Oy, a Finland-based construction supplies and services company, has agreed to acquire the company in a management buy-out transaction, for an undisclosed consideration. Aventum acted as adviser to QMG in the transaction.
