Aventum provided Finnish Industry Investment Ltd (“Tesi”) a market economy operator principle (“MEOP”) analysis and a valuation analysis in connection with the financing solution concerning Valmet Automotive Plc (“Valmet Automotive”) and its fully owned subsidiary IONCOR Ltd (“IONCOR”). Tesi was the main shareholder of Valmet Automotive with 45% of all shares before the financing solution related transactions.
